I’m Jay Ainabe, proud owner of GTA Financing Solutions.

While growing up, I always felt the need to help people, and when it came down to picking a career, I decided that the best thing to do was to continue to assist people with fulfilling their dream of homeownership.

Thirteen years ago, I began building my business, and although there have been updates to regulations which made it harder to qualify for a mortgage, my initial goal of making life easier for my clients has remained unchanged.

By working hard for my clients and always being available to them as well as my employees, I have created a successful business, which allows me to occasionally take some time off and enjoy a game of golf or contribute towards the cause of Autism Speaks.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
